Ludwig Hans Fischer Biography
Ludwig Hans Fischer was born March 2, 1848 in Salzburg, his studies included etching and engraving at the Viennese Academy. In Vienna in 1886, he founded the Watercolor Club of the Artists' Guild. Fischer was commissioned by the state in 1883 to embellish the Museum of Natural History in Vienna using scenes from India and Egypt, as well as the Art History Museum. He died in Vienna on April 24, 1915.
