1. Shipping tax and delivery time

Shipping is worldwide by DHL and can be tracked online. The paintings are delivered unframed, in strong postal tubes. The price is fixed $75 regardless of order total.

Delivery by DHL is fast - up to 3 days.

Shipping tax is fixed and does not depend on how many paintings you have ordered. For example, if you order more than two paintings at a time, you will be charged only one shipping.

Time needed to complete and deliver your order depends on the volume and complexity of the paintings and we keep you informed about the stage of completion throughout the process. In order for the paintings to reach the highest quality and get dry, the painter usually needs 3-4 weeks.

2. Ordering and payment

Our production facilities are fully equipped to handle volume trade orders and we offer standard trade discounts to the Art retail industry. Please read our FAQ’s or email at allartclassic@hotmail.com for details on our trade program. We also offer attractive discounts for corporate, Hotel, Healthcare and Business projects.

It's easy to order, just click on "buy painting" and then '' Add to Cart " button, next to the chosen painting. Payment is done in a way to keep all your private information absolutely confidential. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus Charge cards and other card types, which are derivatives of these brands. For example: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard, MasterMoney, EuroCard, etc. All transactions are through SSL server (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers. After pressing " Add to Cart " button you are automatically transferred to a secured server, where your credit card is processed in order to collect the billing and shipping information.

Once the order is successfully processed you will receive confirmation from both the payment processor and from us. You should not worry about your private information - it is absolutely confidential and will only be used to complete the transaction. We do not see or retain your credit card details. What we receive is only the order details needed to complete and ship the painting to you ( e-mail, shipping address, phone number or any special requirements ).

3. How to order an oil portrait painting?

First scan your photo(JPEG format) and send it to our email address as an attachment. It's preferable that the photo is with the highest resolution possible, so we do not miss any details. If you have any specific requirements, please send us an email. We'll answer as quickly as possible to discuss and give you instructions on how to proceed with ordering. If you are not satisfied with your oil portrait, you could send the canvas back for correction.

4. Wholesale / discount paintings

You want to buy Art but you are on a budget? Then our wholesale section is the right place for you. We offer real hand painted works at affordable discount prices. Each painting in this section is a master recreation of an earlier original which has already sold. The painting is an exact copy and the original artist will paint it as close to original as possible. The artwork will also bear the artist's signature and will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity. Canvas prints are also available.

5. About the painting process

Our Fine Art Reproductions are entirely handmade without use of artificial methods. They are painted on linen canvas with oil paints of the highest French quality. Our painters are graduates of art schools, and every one of them is a master in a particular field, which gives us the opportunity to reproduce to the highest point of perfection the style and the technique of the original old master. We have acquired those abilities for a long creative period and that's the reason why our handmade reproductions are the best, bearing the spirit of the original Great Masters.

6. Why are the paintings delivered unframed?

There are some reasons for not framing the paintings, but the basic one is that every house has its own interior design and the frame of a painting has to fit in well with the whole interior, that's why you'd make the best choice for a frame. There are many frame shops where you'll be advised and helped in selecting the best frame for your room or office.

The other crucial reason is safety. Our paintings are transported rolled in secure post-tubes. We wouldn't want to be responsible for a damaged painting, which traveled stretched on a frame.

7. Get a quote for an artwork, not listed in the catalog or with a different size

For your convenience we offer the reproductions in one, two or three different sizes, not necessarily standard, trying to keep maximum close to the painting's original proportion. You can also order the painting at your own custom size. You should first either email us or fill in our Contact Form to ask your question or give your requirements. If the painting you are looking for is not listed in the Catalog , you can provide us with it's title or Artist's name and we will find it for you. You will be answered within 24 hours.
The copyright subsist on all original work for 70 years after European artists' death and 50 years for non-European Artists.

8. Refund Policy

Our Reproductions Gallery wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - with a painting you received, return the item undamaged within 10 days of receipt for correction or a full refund. Under no circumstances will a refund be granted after this time.

The refund will NOT include shipping costs, duty or customs fees (if applicable). To apply for this, the oil painting should be in the original condition and packaging with no signs of damage, plus anything included within. The credit will be applied once the painting has been received and it's condition checked.

To request a return, you must have good reasons for that. Please contact us by e-mail, explain the problem, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.

Any customer returning items totaling a value greater than $450.00 will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

All paintings must be returned in their original condition (undamaged).

19. Special services

For our most exacting customers we offer additional services. For instance you can order a hand painted reproduction that could be really hard to distinguish from the original authentic work. The painting will bear every mark of the original and also be surface-cracked for an absolute similarity. This service is charged separately, and is a subject of an additional discussion prior to ordering. Choose your painting and contact us. We will answer within 24 hours. Additional services/options include but are not limited to:

11. Privacy Policy

We only store information, which our visitors wish to provide. This information is necessary to complete the order: name and delivery address, though we would also like information, that facilitates communication, such as e-mail address and telephone number. We keep e-mail addresses we receive, and use them only to contact customers regarding their order and analyze our business history. We never provide our clients' e-mail addresses to other firms or persons under any conditions. We follow a strict confidentiality policy and do not send promotional messages or information on new services under any circumstances. We collect statistical information from the visitors of our website such as: which country they are from, most visited pages, web browser used and how long they stay at our site.
